I had been putting the battery on the charger wrong, not making sure the connectors were in the right place. it works fine :p

reporting back. got the package on friday.

used the new batteries all weekend and yesterday, and im blown away. i normally get great battery life anyway.

with the same nst settings and same amount and types of use the batteries are giving me about 3-4 extra hours of power.

i swapped in first fully charged battery around 11pm friday night..used phone until about 130am for txt and browsing. left it off charger overnight woke up at 9am and i didnt run out of juice (around 10% left when i swapped) about 9pm on saturday after a full day of very heavy use.

monday i had music playing (music player not streaming) all day at work from 8a until 5p and did plenty of txt and email during the day, got home around 6pm with 58% left.

the charger takes a bit of talent to use lol i consider myself a smart guy but it took me a good 20 minutes and 3 tries to get the pins in the right places to charge the batteries.

big win here..thanks again for the point to this. easily the best value for 20 bucks!

Sorry if this is a silly question...I read in some post that some batteries won't charge "in the phone", but require the included battery charger? Do these charge in the phone? Running Aokp w glitch. Again, sry if stupid...its late leave me alone

trust me, it's awesome! I can get a full day of medium usage (data or wifi on all day, just texting, music, check forums some, etc.) including maybe 2 or 3 hours of screen time. yesterday I was playing with touch recovery and stuff, flashing lots of themes and listening to streaming music, basically using my phone nonstop. I got about 9 hours of battery with 6 hours of screen time.

Just got my batteries. 3 hrs in and only down to 94%. Looking forward to this....

Edit: 18 hrs in with GPS and wifi on ask day and normal usage... 20% but I don't think its calibrated yet. I think it will make it through the night.... now if I only had 4g there would beer no reason to upgrade.

These will not charge in your phone if you are running on the stock kernal, only the official vzw ones will. But most of the modified kernals, and I believe all mtd kernals, are made to allow after market batteries. In other words most people here will probably be good to go lol.

Edit: oops sorry Stephen looks like you already answered that one.

Just got these and fired it up this morning...

From a full charge...so far it's been 9.5 hours and I'm at 70%. I gotta say I'm loving this so far! (By comparison...I'd say normally be at about 20%!) I'll keep you posted...

nice haha... I am in school, I just browsed web on 3g for a project for about an hour tethering, getting like flight details and hotels and stuff for a pretend trip to Spain. then I watched one flew over the cuckoos nest over 3g on Netflix, for about another hour, then I played fruit ninja and temple run for maybe 15 minutes, and I've been browsing with tapatalk for another ten at least.

uploadfromtaptalk1332947556947.jpg

and that is _extremely_ heavy usage. I'm pretty impressed honestly, and the best part is that even though I'm probably gonna have a dead battery in another 5 hours or so and will be doing stuff away from school, I still have two more batteries in my pocket.

when I first got these I did what you guys did, tried to use it lightly and save the battery to see how long it can really last. I got similar results as posted above. then I realized I hadn't even used my second battery. I was like "**** it" and charged both my batteries (second anker and Samsung, along with main anker in phone) and don't even worry about usage.
