Anker not charging.

So I just got my Anker battery yesterday, and I put it in immediately. It worked fine, so I drained it down to 0 as I was supposed to. The problem came when the phone wouldn't turn on. It would just flash the LED red and then refuse to charge. I tried using different chargers, taking the battery in out, etc., but nothing worked.
The phone works fine with my old battery however.
Any help would be appreciated.

Return it for one that works properly! Contact seller asap. IM sure they will be happy to exchange for a working batterry.
Maybe its just me but I never drain to zero. I charge before that point. IM sure the seller will exchange.

Just in case anyone else happens to come along this problem.
