Annoying mobile data notification

Hey guys.
I just received the phone, really satisified with it. Performance is top notch and the size is perfect.
One thing, however, is disturbing me: when I enable/disable the mobile data, a notification appears on the notification center, it's swippable but it's very annoying. I tried to disallow it from settings but I cant since "Phone Services" is a system app. (I'm not talking about the popup alert, that's easily disabled).
Any solution to remove that?

Take a look at AutoNotification (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joaomgcd.autonotification), which allows you to hide / disable any notification, you just need to give it permissions using ADB.
