Annoying network pop up issue

Hello, so I am facing this weird issue with my device. Whenever I connect or disconnect to wifi or mobile networks, there is a pop up says "connected" or "disconnected". Does anyone know an answer to this matter?

Might help is you posted the full model number of your device, your country and provider and weither you bought it from them or not.
