ANXCamera - CLOSED ON XDA ONLY [16th FEB 2020]

First launch crashes, with a dialog asking for permissions.
Once permissions are granted, second launch of ANXCamera works.

Video works the first time ANXCamera successfully launches, and I can successfully record video.
Switching away from the Video function and back to it again crashes the app.
Subsequent loads switching to Video also crashes the app.

The only way to get Video to work again is to 'Clear Data' in settings, then relaunch ANXCamera and grant permissions again, then Video will work once again and once only.

Edit: Got it working, here is how:
Force Close ANXCamera
Clear Data
Launch & Grant Permissions
Launch again
Go straight to Video function
Go straight to Settings within Video function
Set Video Quality to FHD 1080p, 30fps (there is no option higher than this)

After this it works fine for me, every time.

When you first go into Video Quality none of the check boxes are checked, it would appear there is no default, it's defaulted to something which isn't present or supported, or it doesn't know which to use, causing subsequent launches to crash.

Setting it to 1080p 30fps seems to resolve this.

[3] Go straight to Video function

Hi, do you see telephoto lens option in pro mode? I have k20p with LOS. Except short video, all features are working fine but I see only wide and ultra wide lens in pro mode. Also, there are no switches for focus, shutter speed

Yes, telephoto work fine in pro mode. Focus and shutter switch work fine too. Portrait mode is the only thing not working.

Is it just me or are there more people encountering this problem with the icon and app name not showing? I am on the Mi 9t running Lineageos 16, installed several versions of the ANX-camera on my device inluding ANXCustLibs and the Dyneteve48MPFix. The latest one workes just fine so far, however it shows up in the app-drawer as com.android.camera with a default 'android icon' not the official ANX camera icon. It also replaces the Lineage camera (which is not that good either way). Is there any fix for this?

Hey guys, I just wonder what is this option in settings? It's on by default. This is Luffitys version 147 on poco f1.

The position of the camera image isnot good on the last update on dipper (i try the last 3 one and i reput the 139 (139 is working for that). The image is too much down. Thx for your work btw !

did you check the front cam resolutions, My Mi 9T seems to be 2.8MP for Front for some reason, along with the 48MP mode at 2.8MP as well?

yes, thats the same with me, front cam and 48mp is definitely wrong.

I cant seem to get portrait working either just crashes. What packages did you use, and which rom are you on, im on the latest evolution-x

try the 137 version, someone else go that to work with 20MP at the front, unfortunately it doesn't for me.

Same problem with Lavender.

ANXCameraUnity_148 is the best version during now. But add-on not working.
ANXMimoji_141.DarkorangeKindDikdik: identified face

Dyneteve48MPFix_127.BabyishStarchyWaterbuck: 48MP not fix.
So thank you for your support, hope it will be fix in future

    Instructions for Use:
    1. Download the Zip from MOD EDIT: dl link removed
    2. Supported Devices
      • oosberyllium is Poco F1 with OOS
      • singularity is all below devices, One for all, Plus Ultra, AOSP+MIUI

    I set up my wife's phone. Not really tech savvy, using a custom rom and this modded version, and same preset. It's a horrible idea by Xiaomi to have watermarks on by default. Since this is a custom version, I would think most users could benefit from having it be unchecked by default. I happy to be part of the antiwatermark group!

    Ports for Poco in newer builds are based on 9.1.24 and no longer on 8.12.27
