Any apps to use it as an external screen for a netbook ?

I am looking into the Nexus 7 and with its 1920x1200 screen res it would be an interesting addition to my current netbook setup as an external screen (if needed)

Are you aware of any app that can do that ?

Nope. But then again the resolution you are describing is not the 2012 Nexus 7 which is the forum we are currently in.
You might ask in the 2013 forum but I don't know of anyway to make the screen take an input
