As the title, there is good few of them in google but all their websites looks like pure scam so paypal would be great as payment!

Check out eBay. Look at seller's feedback and you'll be good to go. You can get them pretty cheap on eBay and most are remote unlocks too...give it a try mate

I personally used imei-unlocker.com to unblock and unlock two phones before. I think the cost was about $30 or so for each service.
