Question Any custom recovery?

all my tips are tested and working for many devices. but you should have to try by yourself. you can post some screenshots for more details. your problem is not 100% clear for me... reading your post seem you didn't have cimplete the twrp installation. but i'm not sure. screenshot could be helpfull
Afraid there are no screenshots to send as the phone will not turn on anymore, but you are correct, I never got TWRP installed....

Tried it while holding the volume up button, holding the volume down button, and holding just the power button for 10/20/30 and 60 seconds. No response, nor any screen animation on plugging the charger in....
if that the driver of nvt-ts is nt36672c that we have from the source like poco f1 with nvt-ts driver is nt36672a
so i can use twrp with touch screen?

I tried with otg mouse and it works but we need touchscreen driver but at least we can install magisk now
