Ok I'm not new here or to rooting and or sim unlocking but this phone is hard lol. I have the ls991zva and I know the simple answer is hey man go look for ur self.... But I would like to know if I can unlock this fone for a adopted child I have so they can have something of there own.... Thx in advance

If you already used all 10 attempts and you have 0 attempts left, you have to go to a local cellphone repair shop to reset the counter.
