Any hybrid case with button cutouts?

Does such a beast exist out there by chance, one with a clear back, TPU or other such around the edges with cutouts to expose the buttons?

It's not exactly what you're looking for but I'm looking at the Ringke Fusion case on my desk and it'd be a piece of cake to take an exacto knife and cut out the buttons on this thing, leaving you with a hole that's perfectly shaped for what you want.
