Any method to unlock LG G Pad 7.0 LTE (V410)-AT&T ?

I'm planning to buy LG G Pad 7.0 LTE (V410). But wanna unlock it for international use ? How can I do that ?

I didn't know it was SIM locked until I took it to India. I called AT&T, they check to see if it was under contract, it's not, so they unlocked it for free within 24 hours.

To enter the unlock code: Shut down your tablet and put another cell provider's SIM card in it. When you boot the tablet and swipe to unlock the screen, there will be an option to enter the unlock code.

As for a dialer, you can install one from the Play Store. I have exDialer installed on mine, so I could access the radio.

There was no option to enter an unlock code when I powered on with the new providers SIM card on my G Pad 7.0 LTE. Is there another way to get it to ask?
