There is an origial flip cover by Xiaomi on tradingshenzhen for the Mi Pad 4 Plus.

sorry guys to disappoint you, but there is no "real" "original" flip cover for this device.
you can find the same fake *original* on aliexpress.

It works fine.
Cases like this usually last about a year for me before the plastic gives out.
This one is obviously not nearly that old, but similar cases in the past have had the plastic corners give out and fall off.
