  Regular patch and security patch will be rolling out on 3 series this month, plz be patient.

I just received it as well but it's neither joyui 12 nor Android 11...

I've enjoyed my Black Shark 3 over the past 12 months of use but the lack of support with updates especially to security patches has put me off ever wanting to buy any future Black Shark branded devices.
Still on the 2020-06-05 Android security patch and not had an update come through to my device in many months.

We will get joyui 12 next year, or maybe we wont get it at all because end of 2 years support..
