Does any one know any non root apps to skip music with long press of volume keys while screen is off and to remap soft keys (miss these from my GS3 LS rom)?

You can try this app, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.silentlexx.volbtntrackctrl&hl=en. Was using it on my MIUI ROM for awhile. This doesn't need root to work.
