Question Any one facing MIC issue after recent software update?

Hi all,
I bought a Moto G42 for my family. After a software update (november), the Mic is not working during calls. [The other person in the call cannot hear our voice]. I can see this issue is seen in Moto G52 variant also. Is there any known solution to the issue?

It's cutting out mostly when on speaker call or when using IM for video call.
Very annoying problem, and support does not help at all.

Try using a different dialer app instead.

Update: Issue seems loose connectivity to the mic. Got it fixed for free in Marthahalli Bangalore repair center.
