Any one having notification issue on WhatsApp or other apps

Have to open the WhatsApp then notification (new msg) will come in, same for some other apps, any idea?
I noticed there is huawei push service, but not sure where can find the settings.

hey, i have the same Problem. I have to open Whatsapp to get my messages. its very annoying.
I didnt find a Solution to solve that Problem.

i think the solution would be in the power management.
Go to Settings > Battery > Lock Screen Cleanup and uncheck the apps you want.
Also check Power-intensive apps.

Toque en la flecha pequeña en la esquina superior izquierda para mostrar todas las aplicaciones
Para cada aplicación, toque la flecha de atrás para cambiar la configuración
