Did someone get oreo update in moto g5s plus? Anywhere in U.S OR ANY Other region

They pulled the release notes down a few hours after they put them up. No one in any region, except maybe some Lenovorola employees under heavy nda's has android oreo on a phone. Even then, it's more likely that it's being run on a virtual machine emulating the g5s plus. We may see it later this month, but it's probably going to be closer to the end of July, early August if at all.

No it is not recommended unless you're a registered user of MFN. It might be possible you'll not get official final update as you previously side loaded the Soak Test which was not intended for you.
That's what I'm saying :good: ! Don't blow smoke up my ass about Oreo and the MOTO g5s plus . I think it may be a fools dream like net positive fusion reactors :laugh:

As I wrote in a reply to your other post, you probably will only get updates if you're actually selected for this soak test. It's not enough to just be part of the MFN, you should have received a survey and a link to the test forums if you were formally selected. Also, you should be getting this update direct from Motorola if you are selected.
If you are not part of this soak test, you may receive no updates unless Motorola releases the OPS28.49-2 update as the official update to Oreo.
I think oreo 8.1 is only for mfn user and all people will going to get a security patch of june not Oreo 8.1. I am saying this because of this video. Link is here
Few seconds ego i got my phone update. It's just june security patch not the oreo.it is just 78 mb update.
