I still had not received mine at 12 midnight last night. I decided to root and apply it myself. 3.1 is pretty bad ass. Can't wait for SD card support.

Alas, I really wish Google provided a way to DL the update direct from them. As someone else stated, Apple has them beat in this aspect: an update is available to all the day it's announced.
