any stable, safe custom ROM out there for p 10 lite?

mother doesnt want a new phone as her p 10 lite fits for her demands still.

having a look inside no more security patches since early 2019, so getting unsafer from time to time.

some lineage thread is closed here, so i ask around in the community...would there be any ROM better for daily use to flash safe?

The only stable and up to date rom i know about.
I tried 10.0 roms but they were just not stable.
