Any way to bypass the 24hr limit between trying to update??

I tried to get the update last night but it said no update...now that I've read a few threads I might just do it manually with mini kies but it says I have to wait 24 hours before retrying

You can go into settings, and change your date by one day. Though you're going to hit the limit once you reach October 1st (for some reason it's smart enough to know you're exploiting it once the month rolls over).

Ha...ok.......well I might not even be able to use that way...I can't get the registration on the site to work right...it's not letting me pick a sub category after I choose cell phone.

I found that the following steps can be performed to reset the 24hr wait till you can check for updates.

Go to "Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications >> Menu >> Filter >> All"

Then scroll down to "Device management" and press Clear data and Press OK.

You must then Restart your phone otherwise you'll get an error when you "Check for Update"

Oh jeez didn't even see the part about Kies mini! I thought you were trying to cheese AT&Ts servers for the OTA, sorry about that!
