Any way to convert a work phone Pixel 4 into a regular Pixel 4?

Hi,

I have a Pixel 4 work phone which is from my organisation but they haven't asked to return it, after changes in my employment. So I am stuck with a work phone Pixel 4 which has some organisation apps, an organisation start screen and setup too, and restricts certain apps being downloaded too, along with some other caveats.

Is it possible to download/ update the software to make it function like a regular pixel 4?

Indeed I did - but the same prompt pop up when starting the phone, indicating it being company phone and within the phone, company apps appear.

You may want to try a complete reflash from the factory images then.

However, I wonder if your company's customization may have impacted the ability to unlock the bootloader:

Can you navigate to Developer Settings? Check if OEM unlock is greyed out or not. That's a start.
