I have k20 pro indian version only Indian rom may be global has nearby share option, i have flashed many modded china roms but none of them have this option, you may get nearby share by flashing indian rom on your device but no sure google it till you find an answer...

Did you find a solution please ?
I got a chinese Mi 11 ultra
It came with global rom & unlocked bootloader.
I flashed the chinese rom & locked the bootloader to avoid headache with banking apps.
It is working well so far but I also noticed that nearby share is missing (I did install google play store)
