Any way to get lost device apps to work?

I would like to have an app that could track my NC if I was to "loose it" I installed lookout but I realized right after I installed it that the NC doesn't have a gps chip or cell chip so lookout can't rack it. Is there an app that can track it through wifi? I know if wifi was off it couldn't be tracked but something is better that nothing
