Any way to get the Huawei ID?

Hello, I'm trying to follow all the guides in here on how to unlock my Honor 5x but I'm blocked in the first steps because I can't register to get my Huawei Id. The register form has pre-selected Country China and doesn't allow me to change it. Any idea if there is a way to get the Huawei Id?

I had to use google translate and the Chinese website to do my unlocking over a year ago. I suspect that nothing has changed in that regard.
