I don't think they have them in stock yet; processing time is 5 days.

I ordered the ivso case a week ago via aliexpress. Got a message today from the seller that they won't be able to deliver.

Rumour has it that one shop in the Netherlands is now selling the original LG case for 40 euro's. Way too much but I'm tempted anyway...

I'm going to buy the original LG Book cover. It's 35 euros in the Netherlands. I think it's a bit too expensive, considering it's not leather. Should've been more closer to 20 euros But the G Pad is probably not popular, so there aren't many choices at all.

Just received the VOIA Standing case in Black. It is a nice case. Has a nice feel and keeps the slim profile of the G Pad. My only grip thus far is that the cover does not seem to have a strong enough magnet where it stays closed. It does turn on the screen and shut off upon opening and closing, however I expected that it would stay shut on its own. My appears to flop open if I don't pick up via the right side. For those with the Standing case, does yours behave the same way?

Anyone found the official cover or the IVSO slim on eBay/any website that does international shipping? Was going to get it but it's only on Amazon.

It's actually the one made by VOIA, just found that out. But I think it's a official licensed case, as you can see they even used the original font on the case, "for G Pad 8.3".

I hope I didn't get your hopes up for the "Quickpad case", which is shown on the LG website. Anyway, I already ordered it, will receive it tomorrow.

Okay, I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting a bit tired of people calling this the "Officially Licensed Case". The VOIA Standing Case is not officially licensed nor is it the LG Quickpad case. Read previous posts and get your facts straightened out before you get people's hopes up. You don't have to dig deep, you will find people claiming this followed by others correcting them just in the last 2 pages.

Chill out dude. I already said in my post that it is NOT the Quickpad case. I thought it was a official or a officially licensed case, because the internetstore says so and uses the original font on the case and doesn't mention VOIA at all. And in my original post, I said "the LG Bookcover" and not "LG Quickpad case".

I don't want this to get blown out of proportion, it's no big deal, but in your original post, you said it's the "original" LG Book cover which can be very misleading. I know this is what it says on their website and it's not your fault. I guess I just jumped the gun a bit because yesterday, someone said that they found the original Quickpad case being sold in Hong Kong for $20 when it was clearly the VOIA case once again. And now after seeing your post, I guess I became irritated, sorry!

BTW, I ordered one of these VOIA cases too :)

I'm sure many of us would be interested in pictures of these VOIAs in action. The marketting pics don't show much of the solidity and how the stand works - it looks pretty bouncy, actually. Please post if you can!

It's already been posted here and if you could be bothered to read this topic then you would already know.
So no, I'm not interested in the VOIA case because it's not stable.

I knew of the earlier pictures; thanks for the attitude, I'm sure everyone enjoys it.

I was more specifically asking about the case in the SHALLOW stand mode, where it looks "bouncy" because of how it's bent backwards in the marketing pics. Admittedly my bad for the lack of detail, I hope the clarification satisfies everyone.

Yeah, I'm a bit curious about that position too, since it seems that to achieve either positions, the flap would have to be on different sides, unless I'm looking at it the wrong way.

Poetic replied and said they aren't currently planning a Slimline for the G Pad. Of course, now that Google is selling the hardware, that may be subject to change!

Google Play..

I have my suspicion that we'll see some "official" accessories including a case soon not that google is selling this tablet* via the google play store.

Google play edition is exactly the same as the "normal" LG one except for the OS
