Yeah I myself don't understand how this is working. Me and my buddy ordered phones on launch day like 2 hrs after reveal
Me: Pixel XL 128 Black estimate Nov 23-25 KY usa
Him: Pixel XL 128 silver estimate Nov 23-25 MI usa.
How are people ordering well after us getting October dates? =/..

I find it rather ridiculous and poor business management considering they should working on earlier orders with and those who chose to use high shipping priority as their first batch of sendouts and work to more recent ones. He's on bluegrass cellular, an lra carrier working with verizon and I'm on verizon

My order is between November 18 and 21 with a rush delivery. I have an AT&T Note 7 and have to wait for the Pixel . Anyone called and tried to rush thier order sooner ?

I ordered my pixel 128 black and my wife's XL 128 silver around midnight and I got shipping dates for Nov 21-25.

I work for att and when we where doing pre orders for the iPhone we where getting pretty long shipping dates and for the most part people have gotten the phones before those dates.. Hope it's the same case with Google

I work at AT&T also and can verify. Especially the iPhone 7 Plus has dates into November, but usually has been coming in about a week after the order is placed. Also hoping it's the same case here

Google sold out quickly, Verizon did not. That's why there is big variation. I pre-ordered on 12th, I think, but got delivery expected for Oct. 20th cause I went through Verizon. Also Verizon could be lying about the expected delivery date.

I have ordered countless devices through Verizon....the dates of shipment are always accurate.

I found that too. I ordered mine through Project FI a day or so after the announcement and expected to get it on the October 21-24 with expedited shipping.

I know a Canadian Bell rep personally and told me he'll garuntee me one the first day they're allowed to sell it. At least I don't have to worry about when I might get. Supposed to be sometime this up coming week.

I think you just got really lucky. Did you order it through Verizon or Google Store? I ordered mine through Google Store and got an Oct. 26-28th expectancy, but It was preordered literally 10 minutes after the store page went up.

I noticed yesterday after work that I received a notification that the XL QB 128GB was back in stock after days of refreshing the pre-order page. Excitement quickly turned into utter frustration just to find them out of stock again after hitting the freakin' "Buy Now" tab at the bottom of the email.

This whole not being able to PRE-ORDER is totally stupid. I mean unless I'm wrong, but the whole point of doing so is to:
1) find the demand of said product/variant
2) cater to appropriate supply production taking into consideration number of pre-orders and pre-order dates.

I'm sure there's more to it but I think the idea of not accepting PRE-orders is beyond me. I'm not even concerned right now about when I receive it. The fact that I'm trying to throw money at them just to RESERVE? my place/order in line but can't as I see "I just ordered mine" posts really sucks...

I ordered my 6p from project Fi last year cause I was unable to get one threw the Google store .

But then you have to buy the insurance threw project Fi . Wow what a **** show.

You have to keep your Fi account active to have the insurance current.

Never again !

I pre ordered through Best Buy on either the 11th or 12th of October for a Verizon 32gb (blk) , and have still yet to receive a status update. Apparently this phone is supposed to be on my door step on the 20th, but I'm starting to get a bit concerned lol Even that damn free Google Chromecast shipped already.

Anyone else in the same boat?
