Anyone else having an issue with the PC Companion?

Repair option gives error saying it can't download the software for my phone (firmware), so I've to check my net connection OR try later. Been like this for ages (well since y/day).

Any idea? Tried contacting SE but as usual, 3-5 working day reply apparently!
