It's an App very similair to Dynolicious for the Iphone/Ipod/Blackberry, and can meassure a vehicles Horse Power (apparently) based on the g-force the car is pulling.

I tried it today after donating the required £15 and unless i've done something wrong found it to be a complete waste of money! :(

Advanced calibration done, weight, drag coefficient, and Frontal area all correct, meassured in 4th gear, between 100kmh and 140kmh (60mph-90mph) as recommended, my average horse power was around 250hp at the wheels in a 1.6 Citroen Saxo with a factory output of around 80hp at the wheels!!!!

None of those programs are accurate in the least on any platform. I tried a few on symbian and winmo and they were all way way off.

My car has a custom calibrated g meter and launch control with real-time acceleration measurement using the ABS sensors and none of the progs are even close to the figures it gives.

Yeah I dont expect engine dyno accuracy obviously! But +/-180hp is just stupid!!
Dynolicious for example gets to within around 20bhp (back to back testing on a RR) if configured correctly which is fine, as rolling roads can and do vary by that much if not more.
