Anyone flashed aws (Tmobile or Wind/Mobilicity) modem on N-8000?

I have 8000 GNote, international, Saudi Arabia firmware and I have 2 questions:
1. Is it OK to flash EU firmware instead of S. Arabia?
2. Has anyone flashed Tmobile modem for aws frequencies? Does it actually support it?

My Galaxy Note (5.3) i717 - I flashed aws modem and use it no problem. Does Note 8000 support 1700/2100 hardware-wise or I am stuck with 3G modems for At&T/Telus/Rogers/Bell?
