Try this method to uninstall system apps

The link you provided was interesting, but the Xiaomi MIUI firmware is quite different from the Samsung OneUI that is the basis of the article. I had no issue uninstalling all of the stock apps and replacing them with Google or other non-Xiaomi apps. Unlock the bootloader, root with Magisk, and use ADB commands or a simple Windows application like "ADB App Control" to debloat and uninstall any stock apps you want. There are some solid debloat lists on XDA and GitHub.

I want remove mi assistant and use google assistant but no root etc...
You can still use a Windows application like "ADB App Control" to uninstall the stock Voice Assistant without root. If you go into your default app settings, you can then set Google Assistant as your default voice app. However, to get it to listen to and carry out voice commands, you have to tap on its icon. It will not respond to OK Google.

I just passed 168 hours waiting to unlock my device so do you have solid list which will safe uninstall of chinese system apps? Thank you

    i think we could share which one is to remove and which one can be replace with global version. Root or without root is welcome
