Anyone have video recording issues after new ota?

I'm getting a replacement s3 from Verizon but it's for another issue. When I record a video, no matter how short or long, the phone freezes and I have to pull the battery. And if I just simply restart it it gets stuck with the screen black and the notification light and home and back buttons lit. Anyone else having this problem.

I changed the storage for the camera to save it to the phone and it works fine. I tried another memory card and it gives me the same freezing issues so I know it's not my card

I don't have that problem, but I did a factory reset after taking the ota. Have you cleared the camera data?
