I just tried flashing one of those files in rsd lite and gave this error again:

Failed flashing process. 3/32 flash partition "gpt bin"

I had the same problem, so i deleted the line with gpt.bin in the xml file.
There was a second file that does not get flashed, so i deleted this also.
Then flashing went through and phone is still working fine...

Well after trying the suggestions sd_shadow mentioned and then restoring a system image backup I was able to get back up and running, for the most part. Still having issues trying to lock the bootloader though. Giving me an error message: (bootloader) Still require signed boot.img

Anyone know where I can get a signed boot.img ? I'm running stock oreo.

Boot.img you have is signed, unless it got corrupted during download.

Over the past couple of days I've flashed many boot images. So I don't know which one is which. Will any boot image from any stock rom be okay ?
