Hey all,

Thanks in advance for help. My old nokia s40 used to have a setting to change the sound profile of the phone to silent during work hours on weekdays. It seems like android should be advanced enough to have that but it doesnt. Anyways does anyone know of a program where i can set a simple Mon-Fri 9-6 vibrate rule. The app should have negligible memory and cpu footprint.

Depending on how crazy you wanna get....

Tasker automates anything and everything on your phone

And

Llama does similar things and is much more basic

Tasker - a bit more complicated for first use, but you can go on and use it to automate a whole heap of other things; wireless on or off, airplane mode, sync, backup and more.

thanks all for the replies, currently leaning towards Timeriffic since its free and simple. tasker is good for a power tasker, but i think its overkill for my purpose.

will try timeriffic and let u know.

Llama has the benefit of being updated for 4.0. Aside from better stability in general, you can set it is a background process so it stays in memory rather than getting killed when memory is needed. Just go into Android Settings>Accessibility and enable it.

This feature is why Lightflow doesn't get killed either.

Quick profiles!

I use quick profiles, might be worth checking out the paid version. I am pretty sure it has what you are looking for.
