Well, mine finally made it with zero updates between my post office in Michigan and the destination.

Nov-2022 Update - I kept complaining to them about this and they FINALLY put a $40 refund on my credit card. (I think I still have a $40 store credit too). So I got my $300($340) for a quoted 4a5g in acceptable condition. Better late than never.
Does anyone have the address for the La Vergne, TN warehouse that receives these returns? USPS lost my package but I didn't think to get a picture of the address on the return label and Google support apparently doesn't know the addres... I need the full address to file a claim with USPS.
No you do not. And google knows this information. I'm sorry to tell you this. But from someone who had to wait 2 months for a $40 refund from a promised $300 trade in value with videos to prove it--I had to shove the video evidence down their $*$&$ing throats over and over until I found someone with a heart and a brain who escalated the issue.
Therefore with your issue, you need to hound the ***k out of them. Don't stop. You are a paying customer. They have that information. You should not have to be Google's slueth/gumshoe. Make THEM do their jobs.
sounds like you need to talk to a different rep. they are going to want your order number for the trade-in, the imei of the phone, and maybe the tracking number.
It has been 4 months and usps says my return is still "In transit but arriving late" once i gave my imei the credit was processed within a business week.

From reading the other posts I'm getting concerned that this is not going to end well. Looks like Google's subcontractor is not prepared to receive and process the number of tradeins they are receiving and that many will just disappear into the system or be mis-handled.
What recourse does one have if either the USPS loses the return or Google claims they never received it?1
Ahh sorry back. It was @adrman I meant to quote. He reordered the kits and will have 2 coming for one device. I had that problem before and It took many calls for them to find the return.1
