Anyone try using the Verizon micro sd/sim daughter board on sprint sgs3?

The sprint version does not have an external sim as you all know. My question is if you take the phone apart the sd reader is detachable. has anyone attempted to plug in a Verizon micro sim/sd reader daughter board into a sprint device and see if it would read the sim? I know it's a stretch but might be worth a shot to get working gsm...

Verizon's phone doesn't support GSM so why would ours?

Even thought the 4 carriers have the same specs it doesn't mean they all support the same bands.....

Verizon's phone supports international roaming on GSM carriers.
