Yep that exactly why I bought the Galaxy Watch 5 pro. I have my s22U in an OtterBox Defender Pro case which comes with a belt clip and you can't feel vibrations at all. I am Deaf so I have to feel the vibrations to know a call, text or email is coming in. Watch 5 Pro fixed all that and now I never miss anything. Also it's easier to just flip your wrist and see what the notification is.I love my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic for this. Never miss notifications anymore.
I didn't even know that I would love it for that. Woot had a deal that was $185 for a brand new 46mm 4 Classic LTE model last month so I decided to try it. I'm in love with it and couldn't live without it now.Yep that exactly why I bought the Galaxy Watch 5 pro. Great. Very interested to know this.Got mine S23 ultra green yesterday, I will post later today the vibration comparison to S22 ultra. Forgot to test them yesterday side-by-side when transferring the data. Luckily the S22 stays with me too, so I'll have more info for you tonight.
It means the vm remained unchanged from S22 series and that's a disappointment. Yes, it was really good with S21 series. For me on S21 ultra vibration was like 2x stronger then on s23 ultra, big downgrade for me.
I've never seen that before either! I looked and it's there in my s22 ultra. And it's checked. No idea if it does anything reallyI've just compared vibration between my Note 10+ and S23 Ultra, and S23 Ultra vibration it's really weak compared to my N10+. It even has an option for "Vibration sound", where the phone reproduces a vibration sound from the speakers, that are louder that the vibration it self. I don't know it this were an option in S22 Ultra...
As promised, coming with side-by-side testing results of vibration, identical to my S22 Ultra, unfortunately...Got mine S23 ultra green yesterday, I will post later today the vibration comparison to S22 ultra. That is a bummer for me as it's very important to me as I'm 95% deaf now due to Tinnitus. New phones are suppose to get better not worse. I'm gonna have to use some good light alerts to off set that some, but it won't help any in my side pouch. For me on S21 ultra vibration was like 2x stronger then on s23 ultra, big downgrade for me.
I think you should better get Smartwatch , because most haptic motors these days are more into precise pulses than being strong and buzzy , unless you bought a gaming phone ,That is a bummer for me as it's very important to me as I'm 95% deaf now due to Tinnitus.
