Is the development of this ROM happening somewhere else? I'd love to see the progress being made on the next version, but it certainly doesn't seem to be in this thread..

I don't think so. Seems like most have shifted to jelly bean aosp focus or moved on to other phones. Kind of sad because everyone is waiting on camera for jb and we have it for ics. Ics Aokp and cm9 are awesome just have some things to iron out. Would be great to have a fully functional aosp build for ANY version of android

m6 is the last ics aokp and Aaron said he would not do anymore on ics since aokp discontinued it.

Not much missing and no offense intended. Agrabren seemed hopeful about 3d and more importantly coaxing more battery life out of ics than it was getting before he moved on. Can't remember if 4G works or not but I don't use that anyway.

The kicker for me was fuzzy gps which was annoying for running. I saw a fix today that I might nand back and try when I get some time.

Edit: if I remember right the battery issue was some kind of bluetooth issue where it couldn't deep sleep. May be confusing that with cm9 or maybe it was both. Seems a long time ago

3D and 4G would work as its supported in the kernel side now. It needs to be built into the framework. Aaron said he could do the 4g but I think he's off working on the nexus 7 now. Those are the only things not working. I love this Rom and switch to it when I want something really stable.

If I remember correctly MMS and USB Mass storage also don't work. Oh, and camcorder...

I also love this ROM. I definitely prefer the tweaks on AOKP over CM. I was very excited to see Mazda taking on Jelly Bean for us!

Mms works fine with gosms. Stock messaging app doesn't do mms for some reason. I haven't tried USB storage but I think that is reported.

Agrabren's cm9 has everything working. This has everything but 3d, 4g, and USB mounting. I think there is a miui based in cm9 with nearly everything working.

The problem with elixir was a horrible transfer speed...thanks anyway

Really? Did you do anything to get the USB mount work? I just tried agraben's CM9 0.7.4 a couple of nights a go (for the 5th or something time) and i'm pretty sure it didn't work..the last try had the camcorder working though..odd

Nope. But I'm on 0.7.5. However, I read that 0.7.5 and 0.7.4 are pretty much the same. It's worth a shot, though. 0.7.5 is in agrabren's goo.im folder. I'm using the MAC 0.9.6 kernel too, by the way.

Hm, that's odd... I'm assuming you did a full wipe and clean flash? Did you try with different cables/computers?

Yea, cleaned it with superwipe (that couldn't be the problem right?) n flashed Mac and gapps..tried it on my PC then laptop, neither of them
works

It may be superwipe, I've seen people have problems with that. Try manually wiping.

Think I got it!

Go to Settings>Storage. Hit menu, then "USB computer connection". Then enable Mass Storage. Hope this works!
