care to share the steps you followed to flash latest update?

The algorithm for installing the firmware has not changed since the output of the AOSIP ROM, namely: clearing the cache and system from TWRP, installing the firmware, clearing the cache, installing the TWRP, clearing the cache, installing Vendor.img, then restarting from TWRP in the TWRP, clearing the cache, installing the Magisk , clearing the cache and rebooting into the system. But the system does not boot, the owl flashes endlessly.

Avoid flashing magisk or custom kernels before the first boot is complete.

this is what I do and goes smoothly. reboot bootloader-flash the system image without -w(you could replace by manually flashing firmware/vendor images/ - reboot - boot back to bootloader - temp boot twrp - flash twrp zip - flash rom boot - give it a while for the OWL to do its job.

Then boot back and flash magisk/kernels so forth. (above is a dirty flash procedure) and I am running july patch without any loops or stuck in system

Before the firmware from 07/03, there was never a problem when upgrading. I installed the original July firmware via flash-all.bat, then again tried to install AOSIP ROM, Magisk did not install it anymore. The result is the same - the system does not boot. This has never happened before, something wrong with the latest firmware.

I just made a clean installation on the factory in July. Perfectly loaded and running. I had a factory reset from the factory recovery. And wipe system / data / cache partition.

negative. there is nothing wrong with the firmware or the Jul build of AOSIP

ensure the rom is flashed on both slots try to flash on both slots this sometimes could be the reason.

    Bug reporting:

    • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
    • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
    • Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

so will be doing weeklies for a release schedule but this last one was skipped as i was trying to get an issue figured and was waiting on feb update so will have that out in the next day or so. until now i see that jan firmware is needed for current build as feb had some changes. also good new... looks like DU team has gotten squeeze to work on aosp roms so that should be added in the near future.
