[AOSP 5.1.1] How to override cellular data value for current month?

After restoring a ROM backup made a week ago, there is a significant difference between the actual cellular data consumption and the value restored from last week. That's why I need to override the outdated cellular data value for current month in order to correspond to the real value.

I'm using an AOSP 5.1.1 based ROM. Does anyone could guide me how to override the cellular data value for current month?
