AOSP browser without root (yes you read that right) 4.3

Hi,does it work on android 5.1.1??
I use the [original]stock browser but no flash...
Dolphin is not an option for me....
So,I'm thinking to use this method to get "flash" working.
Any ideas?

Ohno i cant find the browserproviderproxy apk file... Does this work on Android 8?
