Your battery might be old, or mostly it'll get fixed by flashing one of those battery fixes or clearing battery stats.

I have the same problem.
But it isn't ROM specific.
It jumps from around 70 or 80 to 100.
But I guess it's cuz my battery is like 2 1/2 years old.
N it isn't such a big problem.

OT-
1- every time that a new version of android came to our defy, in every one thread, the battery discussion appear. Some people said that's a Rom problem. Others calibration problem, and others things. The real fix for this to me when I had jumps charging and discharging the phone was replacing the battery. Tried many ways and none works.
2- there's a thread for this specific problem, and I think this isn't.

That's actually correct. Older batteries give drops like the ones described. My battery jumps stopped when I used a new battery. The old battery I have still gives drops like 60 to 49, 30 to 19, 86 to 100, etc.
thing is that, charger has two modes of charging first is fast charging that time your battery will get 80% in less time but after that it goes in normal charging mode at that time it'll take more time to reach 100%...same for you, as your battery is now got clustered it has only 84%(after reading your other post)...and its 80% is in 60s that's why you are getting slow chrging after specific point.

I already told you that it is H/W problem in cm11 thread n pm also...even my battery is having same issue with charging.....and my TAB(Micromax Funbook P300) is going insane when i connect it to chager it shows 100% when i unplug it, it shows 1% then after doing plug/unplug it shows 80%....after flashing it so many times its callibration is gone wild further battery is also old now....

Micromax has a lot of issues seriously......my gfs cavas drops a 80% by a random restart.

Flash Stock ROM (SBF) immediately and see if it gets better.
