Mine works fine. When I came from cm11 I had issues, but I also didn't clean flash.
I had other issues like clock kept fc'ing and my dates wouldn't update, probably due to my clock.
Clean flash fixed all those issues, for me anyway.

Clean flashed to latest build and I get data now only 3g though still no LTE. Found the issue it happened when I reverted to a 4.3 backup in cwm and then went back to a 4.4 backup. Tried the fix a few posts back in the *#*4636#*#* and set the mode to LTE/CDMA auto but still no LTE.
-EDIT- When I have my network mode in CDMA+LTE/EVDO (default for me) I get working 3g, text, and call. The only data mode that I get working 4g in is LTE however I cannot text or call. again my mode in *#*4636#*#* is on LTE/CDMA. Any help would be appreciated as I get great LTE coverage here but doesn't do much when I can't use it

I have an interesting question because I see that you are in San Antonio. I am currently in Fort Worth. I came out here from Phoenix on Thursday. Shut my phone off at the airport there and turned it on when I got to DFW. I was running Beans and everything was fine before I left. My phone wouldn't stop bothering me about switching to Global mode as soon as I turned it on at the DFW airport. I clicked yes and let it switch. I had LTE but I couldn't get CDMA. I tried multiple roms and even ODIN'd back to stock. No matter what app I tried or what app I checked I couldn't get CDMA to work. My phone was showing that my BSID (base station id) was -1. On Friday I went to a Verizon store to ask them if they had received any messages in their system that there was some kind of outage in this area. They didn't have anything listed. The in-store rep gave me a new sim and still no CDMA. She called support for me and I eventually had a new phone shipped to my hotel. As soon as my new phone arrived yesterday I put the sim in and turned it on and it connected to 2 different base stations in the area. I rooted my new phone, backed it up in CWM, wiped the whole thing and flashed Slim 4.3/Slim GApps 4.3 minimal. My GPS isn't working but I can get that fixed (it was working when I tested my sim on the stock TW rom). So... after I explained all of that just now back to my question. Have you traveled out of San Antonio lately? If not have you been experiencing any other weird issues with your phone? Quite a while back I lost all kinds of service on my phone because a rom that I was using allowed me to do a *228 before I found out that you shouldn't do that with a phone that has LTE. It allowed an OTA push update of my PRL from a 15xxx to a 5xxxx. I had to call and have them push me a 15xxx PRL and everything was fine. These phone are super cool when they work. Come to think of it, there has been a few occasions when my phone switches to roaming while still in Texas. This was before root though. Also I have traveled quite a bit the past few months, but this issue started just a few weeks give or take a month ago. I have not traveled since this issued happened as well. I'm trying to remember when it happened, I know it was around the time I flashed pacman rom, had no LTE, then clean flashed back to pa still without LTE. Have not had LTE on tw or aosp since then. Not sure what it is however I can live with it until I upgrade because 3g is still do able it is a inconvenience though don't get me wrong.

Which PRL do you have? I have 15236. I wish I could have spent more time testing my phone out before I sent it back today. I need my phone to work because I use it for work. Hopefully you get this issue straightened out. Unfortunately I have a feeling that you are going to have to do what I did and that is get a replacement
My PRL is 53243. I'm starting to think that as well unfortunately, I do have an upgrade come March but don't have a particular phone that my heart is set on to upgrade, except of course, the Nexus 5Which PRL do you have? Somehow your PRL got updated to a 53xxx one. The PRL's are usually 15xxx for the Verizon Note 2's and it's on the SIM card. There, unfortunately, isn't a way to do it manually (at least not that easily... QPST and some h4x1ng the planets). I would call support from something besides your cell phone and tell the first person that you talk to that you need to be escalated to a tech person that can push a new PRL to your phone so that it works correctly. Otherwise the first person you are going to talk to is going to try and have you pull the SIM card and a bunch of other stuff that will end up not working and you will get escalated anyways and then it will be fixed in no time. That should fix your problems. The problems that I was having on the other hand were really strange. The only thing I could think of is the fact that in the Phoenix airport my cell phone sat in my suitcase in the XRAY machine for 10 minutes while they tried to figure out what some lady in front of me had in her bag. I know that sounds strange but it was the only thing I could come up with haha. Can't wait to hear that you got your problem fixed by getting a new PRL pushed to your phone

I'd love to know this as well. I'm really annoyed that I can't use NFC payments in Wallet with my Note II to date.

Only if I don't lock the screen, as proximity sensor doesn't work. I usually end up in time settings.
How do you lock the phone during a call without hanging up?

I've also had issues with the radio when restoring from a CWM backup. Each time I lose my radio completely, it's like the restore is borking the modem files. I tried to dial into the settings and change to the correct towers and noticed that I' set to WMCDA instead od LTE/CDMA. The things that works best for me is to restore from backup then dirty flash cm11 before I reboot and bingo got signal with LTE or 3g pending on area. Hope it helps and not sure why CWM is borking the restore. I feel it has something to do either with the modem files or messing with the EFS
Same here. Dirty flash over the restore and bingo. Up and running. Nothing else I've tried does the trick
