Same as Lineage 15.1 / 16.0
HWC is not working on Aex 5.8 but is disabled on 6.0 due to blackscreen/freezing issues.
You tell me
This is based on AOSP and not LineageOS - This ROM has not been extensively tested for bugs, please take your time when reporting bugs to post logcats.

I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

This is the reason why I asked will there be any update. Because 5.4 version has been released days ago. Official rom hasn't been updated yet.

- Replaced custom camera impl. with standard one
- SurfaceFlinger stability improvements
- Resolved black screen issues (HWC is disabled)
- Resolved bluetooth in call audio issues
- Fixed issue where NFC wouldn't turn on after being off for too long
- Updated APN config
- Updated vendor blobs to november (ERJE)
- Added missing mac address for new revisions of s7 that had weak signal due to missing mapping
- improved handling of exfat and vfat sdcards
- Misc stability and performance improvements
- Updated kernel to 3.18.128

Aex 6.0 stuff above , Aex 5.2 is now 5.8 and has some changes. **Refer to LOS 15.1 changes for Aex 5.8
