If you're talking about camera-related mods, no, I didn't install any.
May I know what firmware are you on? Maybe switching it will do something. I'm currently at 12.0.1.0 global beta RJGMIXM

I can also provide logs if requested, thank you

Hi there. That's weird because I've used this ROM too since it first came out and I never experienced any of your issues.

When I flashed the first release I was on 12.0.8.0.Q but I also flashed A11 Beta FW before flashing this ROM.

When I flashed the latest release I first flashed 12.0.1.0.R stock STABLE then flash this ROM.

In either instance, photos and video work fine. No green tint. Videos work.

I'm using Nikita's GCam. Specifically 7.4 because it supports all aux cameras. But I also tried the latest 8.x builds by Nikita and BSG and photos and videos work perfectly.

Oh man. It happened to me in every OSS ROM I tried, so I thought everyone had the same problem. I'll try to clean flash everything from scratch following your steps, and will see if it solves anything. Thank you for your information, cheers!

I forgot to mention the the 12.0.1.0.R (A11) I used was the Global STABLE version.

This ROM is great! Amazing performance, battery life and temperature, and pretty much no bugs.
The only one I noted so far is the inability to change SIM cards distinctive system colors.
No matter what color I pick, it will always stay on "blueish green", which is the default color. Not a big deal so far since I only use one SIM card, but it may be a problem for someone else

Thanks for the update.

I tried to update via OTA but when it booted to OFox Recovery the installation immediately stopped. So I decided to manually navigate to the update package and install it. Installation was successful but when I rebooted to the system it just sent me back to the recovery. Recovery boot loop. Apparently phone got encrypted but it fails to recognize my pattern. I decided to just wipe the data and successfully booted the ROM but greeted with constant System Setup Forced Closed.

Probably my fault for not disablling the security locks before flashing.

I'll have to do a clean install. Will post feedback once I successfully boot the ROM.

Thanks for your hardwork as always! Glad we got an update.

I think you should flash A11 firmware. It helped me with this problem on CrDroid

I did actually. My steps were:

1. Flash A11 via Recovery.
2. Format data > Yes
3. Flash AEX
4. Boot

These were the steps I did for just Vanilla.install, no Gapps. And contrary to what TaimoorBoss said, that I should flash Gapps, that's wrong. Android Setup should not crash on a Vanilla build even with or without Gapps.

It's weird. I got frustrated and decided to go try crDroid again and that flashed without a problem. I'll stick with crDroid for now.

AEX has been solid stable though. I was running the last build since it released and I never considered switching ROM until the update messed up. The maintainer of AEX is very nice too. Hoping to go back again after a few more updates.

I flashed just A11 FW instead of ROM and it worked for me, but afterall I changed to CrDroid too. It just seems more customizable for me :D

    Want to try this awesomeness?
    Rich (BB code):
    -Make sure that you have backed up your data and are familiar with your device
    -Also make sure that you have unlocked your bootloader.
    -Have a custom recovery installed on your device (Orange fox, TWRP or any other recovery like the PE recovery will work. Don't use LOS recovery)
    -Boot into the recovery mode
    -Clean up your data by format data/factory reset option in the recovery

    ADB Method:
    -Select "apply update from adb"
    -Now sideload your AEX package by using command
    adb sideload filename.zip
    -Now reboot your device

    Direct ZIP Flash Method:
    -Flash the ROM.zip (+Gapps if necessary) via the Recovery UI itself
    -Wipe dalvik/cache
    -Reboot your device

    First boot will take a few minutes! Have patience
    Clean Flash is always recommended!

    I guess there is nothing wrong in reading facts!

    -Why no "Incremental/Delta updates" Support?
    ->The updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.

    -How do I root this ROM?
    ->We recommend Magisk

    -Which Gapps are recommended?
    ->OpenGApps and NikGApps

    -Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
    ->No.

    -When Will Be the Next Update?
    ->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with the latest security patches and new features.

    -Adaway is not working :(
    ->Download it from here Adaway

    -SElinux Linux mode changer app is not working nor Busy Box installer app is working.
    ->Everything is good with the sources. You should try other things first and then contact your maintainer.

    i tried installing this rom but keep getting updater failed error 1 on twrp so had revert back to Pixel Experience

    Ah lemme explain
    PEX Comes with fw in it whereas AEX does not. So... what you wanna do now is:-
    * flash MIUI A10 Fatboot ROM (Without Relocking obvsly)
    * Flash recovery..
    * format
    * flash miui a11 fw
    * and flash AEX ROM

    This is a one time process (Until and unless you flash PEX again)

    Hope this helps!
