I flashed the AT&T OTA and after a factory reset (and setting up my phone again like new), I haven't had any real issues. I'm pretty pleased with the update, so far. It's been a few days. I've had some issues with preferred third-party software not working properly (RIP Fluid Navigation Gestures), and have had to make a few adjustments here and there, but nothing that I wasn't expecting from a major OS point upgrade like this.
Here's a short list of Android 10 -> 11 changes I Googled up:
- Message bubbles and 'priority' conversations. ...
- Redesigned notifications. ...
- New Power Menu with smart home controls. ...
- New Media playback widget. ...
- Resizable picture-in-picture window. ...
- Screen recording. ...
- Smart app suggestions. ...
- New Recent apps screen.

I haven't fully explored everything, so I don't know if LG excluded or tweaked some. LG does incorporate their own UI, so it's bound to do a few things a little differently compared to stock Android.
