Disabling EMUI lite might do the trick
I know but it's a system wide toggle so I guess this might be the problem because it disables some animations and functions to improve performance.
I tried a lot but could not set it up.If you have any themes like this, send to me.

Well for me ainur sauron sound mod working after installing it. Have to uninstall updates of music to get it working. Have u noticed it?
