cant install as user app...push it to system and set permissions but still cant see it on my app drawer..

Keep getting errors

every time you try to install it, it gives this error in logcat--

not quite sure why it does this, put it appears the app is deeply integrated into the stock ROM.

I've used this on teh TF101 and its pretty nice, I wanted to try this on my galaxy nexus so I tried your apk.

I had to sign it, but then it complained

Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_UID_CHANGED]

So I found and deleted the data fodler it created:
rm -rf ./data/data/com.asus.filemanager

Now it complains:

3747 KB/s (560327 bytes in 0.146s)
        pkg: /data/local/tmp/File Manager_com.asus.filemanager(2.4.2).apk
Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_DEXOPT]

Has anyone got this to work.
I have the Asus 300 with CM 11 on it and like the old File Manager, was hoping to be able to install it, but get the error message.
Maybe it is because i am using KitKat and the app came from JB?
