com.lge.concierge.apk > system/vendor/overlay/com.lge.concierge/
LGConciergeBoard.apk > system/priv-app/LGConciergeBoard/

paste, set correct permissions (0644) and reboot :good:
Did it but my Smart Notice didn't change, I have also tryed to wipe dalvik but nothing. I moved them in the right folder but it still looks like G5 (and it still sucks). :(

Hello. Sorry, I don't know what's going wrong. On LP installing as normal ask was good. Now the new radio on MM seems to have a sound problem. You are not alone, I am also wondering why it doesn't work as expected. I used to listen a lot to radio..

Can anyone upload MirrorLink?
Thank you
Did you manage to get Mirrorlink working at all?
I have an LG G4 H818p variant and when I install the app it throws an error all the time so I cant enable it in the settings

Reading some of the posts above it looks like I may have to root the phone and copy and paste the app to the correct folder in system

Any luck with yours?

Regards
Tony

Sorry, I only provide files. I don't assure it works perfectly..
Hi bel57
Sorry for asking a stupid question but the Mirrorlink MM files you kindly provided do the have to be pasted in to the system folder and permissions changed etc to allow the app to working.?
I did try just normal install and just get error saying Mirrorlink has stopped

Many thanks for help

Hello guys,
If you've installed a rooted image like I did, maybe you just noticed that the author decided to get rid of LG bloatwares. But some apps are really useful and I don't get why he removed them. I am indeed refering to FM Radio and Quick Remote (IR) apps.

So, I did a backup of the two apk from my latest clean install.
Attachments below. May not work with all variants (as I read that US carriers removed these apps because of money/rights?)

Hope it will be useful to some of you. Cheers! :)
P.S. don't hesitate to ask if you're searching for an apk. Glad to help.

stock LG Browser apk available at post #10
LG Health and Health Agent apk available at post #21
Mirrorlink apk available at post #23
Calc system app apk+lib available at post #26
Alarm clock apk available at post #35
QRemote (Lollipop) apk dl below, QRemote (MM) here with its QuicksetSDK (MM) here
LG Keyboard MM (should be flashable, else copy zip content to system)
Smart Setting with sys files pack available below

LG Browser MM (system/priv-app)
LG Mirrorlink MM (system/app)
LG Smart Notice MM
LG Radio (working!) (install as normal apk)
LG Smart World (install as normal apk)
You saved my radio. Thnx!

No. I uploaded it ASAP. As I already answered you in PM, you have to copy the folder(s) to /system/app/ or /priv-app/ (depends the app) and set the correct permissions. :)
I copied the Mirrorlink folders to the /system/app/ folder and I set the permissions to 0644. But after rebooting my phone, I get a "Unfortunately Mirrorlink has stopped" error message. Did I make a mistake? Should I copy the Mirrorlink folders to /priv-app/ folder instead?

OK, I guess /system/app/ is the correct folder. I'm not sure why it's not working and Mirrorlink is crashing. It's not your fault. Thanks for trying to help.

You're very welcome, but please delete the full quote in your post (reply ≠ quote) :D
Thank you for posting these. I thought I replied before, but I can't seem to find my post...

Question: We, as Americans, cannot access the FM Radio? Or do I need to root this phone?

I have an H815 International Unlocked (amazon vendor). I installed your FM Radio APK. I *also* get the 'mock' messages.

MetroPCS Unlimited, with a SIM brought over from a MetroPCS Samsung Galaxy Light.
