2. When you reach the "contact support" error, replace "http" with "https" at the URL
3. Hit enter and wait. You're done!

Same problem with me.Before was updating other data like Viber CallLogs or SMS but now not working.

That option has never worked for me. I also get gaps in data. For instance I see calls and messages missing from the reported data that I know should be there, because they still exist in the target device, but they were never reported up to the server. There probably should be an option to re-collect all existing data if so desired.

GUYS JUST FYI, I HAVE BEEN CHECKING OFTEN IF THERE IS ANY UPDATE, but unfortunately looks like the owner of the APP is on JAIL or even Die since he did not update or reply to anyone for such a long time. Maybe XDA developers can take matter to the hand and FIX issues we have or do something about it, i can't even cancel my purchase every 3 months i get charged automatically.

It was a nice APP when everything was working.

finally after months down it seems to collect data again since this morning so I'm holding my breath until it stops again, hope not though. The only thing still not working is the "get current" from location menu it keeps searching with no results but it seems to be correct whenever new data is sent

yes they work so far but I still can't get manual gps tracking I don't know why I always have to wait until data is collected and sometimes it takes hours even though it is configured to send immediately

oh and I forgot of course the login error and security warning is still there, one must login then once the "Something wrong, please contact [email protected] for more information" error shows up one must hit the back button and then we are in

Still No Realtime Location Updates...

I've sent countless emails and none ever answered. However I was always able to get data updates just NO realtime location updates until the target phone was restarted. I like this app and hope that at some point someone fixes the issue as I'm paid up until 2017. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Did anyone got answer Form them? I paid for one year and do not got my account upgraded and no answer to my E-Mails.
I am wondering if there are any simillar alternatives to this Service?

Yep... It stopped sending data again since yesterday morning. I think the developers should seriously consider updating the app because it's been stuck at 2.9 for quite some time now
