I have to renew in a couple of days. Looks like I won't be after reading this. Also some features like get location haven't worked right in quite a while. I think this project is neglected and they just take whatever money they can get . . . Wish that wasn't true.

Renewed mine without problems, all works apart from location tracking. Noticed it's been removed from the play store. Hope @safet.me still supports the project

I'll be glad to renew once I know they're active and fixing the location stuff. Maybe they should release the next build?

Pypall de, ürünü aldıktan 10 gün sonra itiraz ettim. ürün aldım ama hala elime ulaşmadı dedim. 1 hafta bekledim. Safet ye soru sordular. 1 hafta sonra, hak talebine dönüştür dedim. Sonra Safet ye 15 gün süre veriyorlar. ardından Safet hiç cevap vermediğinden, beni haklı bulup paramı geri iade ettiler hesabıma.

I think I finally understand what the problem is but I don't know if it's the app's fault or the phone that isn't fully compatible...
Lately the target phone has been having issues that caused it to crash and reboot randomly and I noticed that every time it rebooted after a few minutes the data was sent to the server but now that issue has been solved and the phone doesn't send data anymore until the phone is manually rebooted.

Edit: After a few days of testing, rebooting doesn't seem to solve it either

The device is an galaxy s3 i9300 fully rooted, but it does not send any data to the server. I tried everything from deleting cache and reinstalling the app and loggin in and so on.
I also got it running on my galaxy S4 i9500 without any problems!

Hi, I have the same version installed on the Galaxy Note 3 since November last year and it worked fine for about two months then it stopped sending data for about three weeks then I deleted and reinstalled the app it started sending again for a week or two then stopped again. Yesterday I reinstalled again then it sent data but lots of stuff was missing then it stopped again so judging from the comments on this thread it seems that the problem is not specific to a brand or model but maybe they updated the servers and now the app is not communicating very well anymore so let's hope de devs do something about is soon and release a fix or something.

My subscription is valid until May but if nothing is done until then I will not renew it

It is possible that the problem is caused by some security apps installed on the phone as "Lookout", "Clean Master", etc.
Restarting the phone, returns to work fine, but only until such time as these other apps scan and block ChT. "Lookout" warns the user that has found malware and blocks it.
ChT should solve this problem to be undetectable by these security programs.

That won't happen. Security programs will always pick it up

1. Because apps like this are illegal in many countries in the world even of it is on your child's phone.

1. May be there is a way to allow it only in that countries, where it's not prohibited. There are a lot of countries where no law base for almost everything about Electronic Commerce. Of-course, in this case, US market is cosed.

it's not syncing immediately, in my phone it's showing updated 6 minutes ago and in website it's showing last sent data 25 minutes ago.....

The rebooting fix is only temporary and even if it says data was just sent to the server every activity that was done before that is not recorded especially if the target has deleted everything

I wish there was a way to know which apps (3rd party or system) are responsible for blocking Ch.T

Phone send data every 15 minute can not change it from Website

hey there
I have installed it on my rooted s4 mini 4.4.2 newest version 2.9.
Everything is ok but I can not change the password and frequency from website.
Also when I click on application to Update the list I get error "Can not Push Notifications"
what is that mean?
Any Idea how to change the frequency and how to rectify the Push Notification error.
